This is Streamwood, the house designed by Frederick Edward Bradshaw MacManus, a prominent architect in about 1938.
The house is one of the earliest International style houses in Ireland and was built for the owner of a hosiery company.
The house is located on Avoca Avenue, Blackrock, County Dublin.
At the time MacManus was living in England - so we suspect that the house owner was somebody he had gone to school with.
