The index labels the event Burial, places it in Kilronan, Roscommon, and supplies 23 April 1864 under Death Date. Residence is indexed as Bally Farnon.
Candidate identification only: this may be Thomas McManus, husband of Mary Hopkins, but that has not been established. Death, burial and residence fields here all derive from the same indexed record and are not three independent sources.
Mary’s 1878 certificate reports about fourteen years in the United States, suggesting arrival around 1864. That chronological agreement makes the record worth investigating, but does not establish identity or a sequence of death followed by migration.
